Near Infinity is looking for experienced Systems Engineers and PMs capable of guiding talented developers through enterprise software implementations using Agile methodologies and best practices. Preferred candidates will have prior development experience and must be able to understand technical problems and contribute to the design of practical solutions. Must also have the ability to traverse between technical and business topics in order to translate day-to-day technical progress/issues into business terminology that is understandable by customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Required Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies, specifically XP and Scrum; general understanding of Object Oriented principles and layered design; general understanding of Open Source development tools; programming experience; full range product lifecycle experience; excellent communication skills; management experience. Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, or a similar degree.
