WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Application developers/software engineers with demonstrated experience creating dynamic, highly interactive web-based applications using Java EE and open source technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, Ant and Maven.
Experience with client technologies such as CSS, JavaScript and AJAX (Prototype, Scriptaculous, JQuery, etc.), and experience accessing relational database management systems, such as Oracle and MySQL. A solid understanding of n-tiered application architecture and enterprise design patterns is essential.
Additional "nice to haves":
- Experience with Groovy/Grails, Ruby/Rails, .NET (C#, LINQ) and/or Lucene
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
